TERMS OF SERVICE – STOREY KEEPSAKES

Welcome to Storey Keepsakes. By placing an order, submitting payment, or using our services, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. SERVICES PROVIDED

Storey Keepsakes provides professional printing services including, but not limited to:

• Obituary programs

• Prayer cards

• Memorial items

• Flyers, brochures, and business printing

We accept both custom design requests and customer-provided print-ready files.

2. ORDER PROCESS

All orders follow the process below:

1. Order request is submitted (via website, email, or message)

2. Design (if applicable) is created and sent for approval

3. Customer must review and approve the final proof

4. Full payment is required before production begins

Production will not begin without both payment and final approval.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

• Full payment is required prior to production

• Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, Stripe, and approved third-party providers

• Payment plans may be available through third-party providers such as Affirm

Failure to complete payment will delay your order.

4. NO REFUND POLICY

Due to the custom nature of our services:

• All sales are final

• No refunds will be issued once:

  • Design work has begun, or

  • The order has been approved for print, or

  • Production has started

If an error is made by Storey Keepsakes, we will take reasonable steps to correct the issue.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY (PROOF APPROVAL)

Customers are solely responsible for reviewing all proofs prior to approval, including:

• Spelling

• Dates

• Photos

• Layout and content

Once a proof is approved, Storey Keepsakes is not responsible for any errors.

6. TURNAROUND TIME

• Standard turnaround time is up to 3 business days

• Rush services (same-day or next-day) may be available for an additional fee

Turnaround time begins only after payment is received and final proof approval is given.

7. RUSH SERVICES

Rush orders may be subject to additional fees, including:

• Same-day service

• Next-day service

Availability is not guaranteed and depends on current workload and capacity.

8. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED FILES

For all customer-submitted files:

• Files must be print-ready (PDF preferred)

• Storey Keepsakes is not responsible for:

  • Low-resolution images

  • Formatting issues

  • Design errors within submitted files

9. CUSTOMER CONTENT & COPYRIGHT RESPONSIBILITY

By submitting any files, images, text, or content to Storey Keepsakes, you confirm that you have the legal right, permission, or license to use and reproduce all submitted materials.

Storey Keepsakes does not verify ownership or copyright permissions of submitted content.

The customer assumes full responsibility for any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations associated with submitted materials.

Storey Keepsakes shall not be held liable for any claims, damages, or legal actions resulting from customer-provided content.

By submitting content, you grant Storey Keepsakes permission to use the materials solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

10. DELIVERY & PICKUP

• Local delivery may be available for an additional fee

• Pickup instructions and locations will be provided upon completion

• Storey Keepsakes is not responsible for delays due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Storey Keepsakes is not liable for:

• Errors approved by the customer

• Issues with customer-submitted files

• Delays beyond our control

Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the order.

12. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Inappropriate content

• Unlawful material

• Content that violates our policies

13. CHANGES TO TERMS

Storey Keepsakes reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
