REFUND POLICY – STOREY KEEPSAKES
Effective Date: March 1, 2025 

At Storey Keepsakes, we take pride in providing high-quality custom printing services. Due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are subject to the following refund policy.

1. NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS

All products and services provided by Storey Keepsakes are custom-made or personalized.

Therefore:

• All sales are final

• No refunds will be issued once:

  • Design work has started, or

  • A proof has been approved, or

  • Printing/production has begun

2. DESIGN SERVICES

Design fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

Customers will receive a proof for review and approval before printing. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all details are correct prior to approval.

3. CUSTOMER-APPROVED ERRORS

Storey Keepsakes is not responsible for:

• Spelling errors

• Incorrect dates

• Low-quality images

• Layout or design issues

once the proof has been approved by the customer

4. CUSTOMER-PROVIDED FILES

For print-ready files submitted by customers:

• No refunds will be issued for issues related to:

  • File quality

  • Resolution

  • Formatting

  • Design errors

Customers are responsible for ensuring files are print-ready.

5. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

• Orders may be canceled only before design work begins

• Once design or production has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded

6. PRINTING ERRORS (OUR RESPONSIBILITY)

If an error is made by Storey Keepsakes during production:

• We will reprint the order at no additional cost

• Refunds may be considered only if a reprint is not possible

All claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order

7. RUSH ORDERS

Rush and same-day services are non-refundable due to the expedited nature of the service.

8. DELIVERY & COMPLETION

Once an order has been completed and delivered or made available for pickup:

• The order is considered fulfilled

• No refunds will be issued
